Josh Quigley has been making photographs since he was 11 years old when his mom gave him his first 35mm camera and did chores around the house to pay for film and processing. Today Josh is an Adjunct professor at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design with a Masters degree in Photography from the Minneapolis College or Art and Design and a bachelors degree in film making from Northern Michigan University. Josh's project A Shameless Longing is an ongoing project that he has been working on for the past 7 years, incorporating his own family and strangers to build a world that is both cinematic and fable with an emphasis on portraying the human condition within our heavily domesticated world.
